Early on

IBP was the brainchild of Mike Powers and Joel Bradley. Mike has many years of experience representing players from the Caribbean. Joel spent many years as a scout for the Baltimore Orioles. Their love for baseball lead them to Curacao.

Current

IBP believes Curacao has great potential to become a Baseball Mecca in the Caribbean. The island has produced more MLB players per capita than any other country in the world, and the public is passionate about the sport.
